Flying

Make sure to look out the window at the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado. The Montrose-Telluride Regional Airport (MTJ) is located just 35 miles north of Ouray in Montrose, Colorado. The airport is regularly served by major airlines with connecting flights to Denver, Chicago, Houston, and other cities.   

Driving

Driving into Ouray via the scenic Million Dollar Highway is an unforgettable experience. Whether you take the Million Dollar Highway or not, driving through Colorado offers great views and a diverse set of landscapes. From Denver, take I-70 West to Grand Junction and then head south along 50 to 550 (6.5 hours). From Albuquerque, travel north on 550 (5.5 hours).
